Pros (+) This little hotel was clean, neat, stylish, family and pet friendly. The staff was very nice and incredibly accommodating. The restaurant wasn't half bad either. Its a drive to Carmel-by-the Sea, but only steps away from the shops and restaurants that locals actually frequent.
Cons (-) It's right off of a major road, which is convenient but not as quaint and quiet as the rest of Carmel. Still a great value!
Pros (+) Great Inn with a nice staff and comfortable facilities. Location is great, we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was wonderful as well.
Cons (-) Don't get the breakfast buffet, the food served was the only downside of an otherwise great stay.
Pros (+) Pretty room with nice balcony, free wifi, & good location.
Cons (-) Heater was on full blast on arrival, thermostat issues, TV needed to warm up before working properly, very poor customer service, & there was suspicious "stain" on comforter. They did end up giving us a 20% discount off room rate for the thermostat inconvenience at time of checkout.
