Pros (+) Gary and Xochi are awesome. They have both been in Cabo for a long time so they really helped with suggestions for our first visit. Cool open air room experience. Everything was very nice and clean. We visited during Christmas so it was not "quiet" but it made us feel like part of the neighborhood rather than in a condo above the marina. A much more authentic experience which is what we wanted. Br...
