Stayed 5 days and never got a hold of a hairdryer, front desk staff not helpful at all, especially the blonde lady who wasn't friendly. They intended to charge us what was missing in the frigobar since the night we arrived and was never refilled. Breakfast was good though. And bedchamber was helpful. Location was excellent but hotel needs a lot of renovations, everything was a bit crumbly
