Pros (+) Staff was Super helpful and excellent. They were accommodating to non speaking Spanish guests, rooms are Super clean, large, comfortable. Breakfast fruit spread was varied and quite extensive.
Cons (-) The blackouts and shades are old.
Pros (+) Since it was overbooked, they switched me to jazz suites hotel, which was very nice but caused a lot of trouble because it was in a different neighborhood than where our business were.
Cons (-) Beds were a little hard.
