Pros (+) the room was very clean and the grounds were well maintained. pretty flowers on the grounds and on the railings in window boxes. great breakfast was included at a nearby restaurant
Cons (-) the restaurant for which we received breakfast credit was very busy during the morning hours. on the second morning, which was a sunday, it wasn't worth the long wait for breakfast, so we opted to go elsewhere and pay for our meal. the property is very dog friendly. there is a small area with artificial turf for the dogs to void; this was pretty gross.

Cons (-) Parking is always competitive and feels somewhat unsafe late at night due to odd under-building spaces and dark corners. Downtown Billings not the safest place for this kind of lot. Finding your room and nearest stairs is also problematical due to add-on feeling to the buildings.
Cons (-) No breakfast. Long wait on hold to reserve room. Finally hung up and used kayak. Then received no hotel points.
