Cons (-) I had booked the wrong date as I was arriving first thing 0100 hours, so I used the 0100 hours date, rather than the previous evening's date. My error, but although they had my booking, they wouldn't refund it, so I had to pay again... Daft policy as clearly a genuine mistake.
