Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to metro stations, supermarkets, and main avenues, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a pleasant stay. Some guests appreciated the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several reviews mentioning dirty bathrooms, dusty areas, and the need for better maintenance.
