Pros (+) The room was just okay. I just needed a place for the night. Not somewhere I would stay normally. But it was definitely pretty affordable. Location was also very good. It was only 3 blocks from the metro. There were also bus stops close by. Sagrada Familia was in walking distance as well.
Cons (-) The room was pretty small and tight and would be very uncomfortable if there was another person in there. The shower was also kind of small.
