Pros (+) I loved staying here! The price was great, the hotel was clean, the location was great, and the staff was extremely friendly. The motel is 10 minutes from Bar Harbor and the entrance of Acadia National Park. We went into Bar Habor for breakfast and dinner since it was so close. The staff (Rich) was extremely nice; he gave us suggestions (C-Ray for lobster and Geddy's for a fun place to eat dinner)...

Pros (+) Clean, neat, pleasant motel on Mount Desert Island with easy access to Acadia National Park trails, Bar Harbor and all the island has to offer!
Cons (-) Only thing I didn't like was out of their control... road construction that shut down one direction of travel on the main road in front of the hotel. Had to take a significant detour due to limited roads on the island--but it also meant we got to see a little more of this beautiful park/island.
