Cons (-) Fire alarm went off at 2am
Pros (+) Staff were attentive and helpful. Room is great for families as you can have two beds and a separate seating area with pull out couch. It was perfect for a long weekend stay.
Cons (-) Cheaper valet parking fees. Go to the lot one block away for $4 flat on the weekends.
Cons (-) I put my dates in on your website and it took me to booking.com where it didn't transfer that data. So I wasn't paying close attention and I booked the reservation but it was for the day I booked it. I lost my discount and ended up paying over $40 more for the room because I didn't get the discount on the room. Pros (+) Beautiful corner room with a good view.
Cons (-) The room was very dark, there's almost no light in the entryway/desk area, where it's needed most.
Pros (+) Proximity to attractions and parts of the city was great and everyone was very friendly!
Cons (-) The cost of parking when I could have went around the block and paid $20 less for the night
Pros (+) The room is fantastic. Large, clean, very modern. We could really tell that we were staying in a brand new hotel. We were very pleased. Also the staff was fantastic. Franklin at the front desk was very welcoming and informative. And the man at Valet (I'm not sure of his name) was super helpful and courteous.
Cons (-) We did not have a remote control in our room. When we called down to ask for one (it was late, so maybe there was nothing to be done) we never heard back about a new one. Also there was very very low water pressure in the shower. We had a hard time getting ready in the morning without water.
