Interesting building, nice staff. Cost very high, room could use repairs. Almost 1/2” gap by door leading into hallway from room. You could see and hear people walking by and the hall light lit up room when trying to sleep. Pillows were great for watching tv, too big for sleeping. Bar had no alcohol, don’t have License yet. Pros (+) Facility was clean, comfortable and staff was wonderful. Would have returned often if not for the end experience
Cons (-) Left a polo shirt by mistake. E-mailed and called hotel to follow up. No one has responded to my e-mail and two calls mid-day were left ringing off the hook... I realize it's highly likely housecleaning simply kept the shirt and never said a word. But not returning my e-mail and at least acknowledging the concern was disappointing.
