Pros (+) Staff was nice and tried to accommodate the messed up reservation.
Cons (-) We booked 2 queens and had to take 1 king for a family of four, because our reservations were not there! The worst part was the room smelled Stongly of cigarettes! Not the best Hampton experience.
Pros (+) Great location not to far from Downtown area. The staff was friendly, room clean, and very comfortable bed. Breakfast area was clean and food was fair with several options.
Cons (-) The Price -- Payed over $300 for 1 night stay as we decided to go to Asheville last minute. Had a hard time finding a decent room in town, so paid the price. No Hampton is worth $300 a night though.
