Pros (+) Staff are polite and helpful.
Cons (-) Was difficult to locate, room was in a right mess, dust every where, toilet was dirty and contaminated, toilet seat broken, no soap and towels. I had to ask for toilet to be cleaned, asked for soap 3 times, they did not have any, staff member had to go to buy some from a shop. Over all was the worst hotel I've ever booked, never again.
