Pros (+) Location is great, looked like a safe area, around a lot of shopping and good places to eat. Short drive to Avalon and downtown Atlanta
Cons (-) The rooms. Very dark and dingy, they also need a lot of work. Stayed in 2 rooms during this trip, the doors are beat up giving a dirty feel, the decor is very dark and there's just not enough lighting in the room to counter it.

Cons (-) The shower was not clean. Mold near the drain, pulled up the bath mat and there was mold under it along with an awful odor. The shower was small. Upon check out, told Mr. Hollis of this.
