Pros (+) A pleasant, comfortable stay. Staff was very attentive and professional. As an added bonus, you get a charming location on the city's main plaza. This is the place for a sense of tradition and class.
Cons (-) Since my overall experience was excellent, I cannot suggest much for improvement. Maybe get luggage racks for the rooms for more flexibility in storing and accessing my bag. Also replace some areas of the carpet in the hallway. These are minor things.
