Pros:Absolutely niothing!!! Shady salespeople, uncooperative salespeople when trying to remove expensive “extra’s after day 1 of four day rental. Rude salespeople (Janet) coward manager that would never come out of office to meet with me. Tried calling 1-800 phone number, uncooperative also, they told me I needed to go to rental site which I did—they wouldn’t take off extra’s unless I returned the car. The rental site told me to call 1-800 which would not help me...AWFUL service.Cons:Everything...Reviewed Dec 11 2019
