Pros: This hotel was right across the street from one of the tourist offices, and very convieniently located. It is a boutique style hotel, even though it is large, and very well appointed rooms, and ameneties come with this hotel. I would definately reccomend this hotel. Everything was well organized and in tip top shape -- the only thing was that the parking was extra, but right at the hotel, and the breakfast was a bit expensive (but we didn't eat it so can't review it). Overall, this was a really well situated and lovely hotel.

Pros: It was professional, clean, and stylish. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and at no point did I feel that they would be unwilling to aid us in any way. Also, the hotel is quite centrally located in a beautiful and seemingly safe location.

Pros: An architectural gem of a hotel with lots of character. Within reasonable walking distance of the city centre. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which was a bit of a surprise in a city hotel.

Pros: The hotel was very well located. It was easy to find and the service was also excellent. The staff were very attentive to our needs. The standard of the rooms were also very good, spacious and very clean. When we return to Zaragoza we will be staying at the same hotel.

Pros: Excellent value and service. What I would have expected from a much more expensive hotel, but without any pretentions. Perfect location to explore city, shop and eat out.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty and offered a lot of choice. It is located near pretty much everything you would want to visit in Zaragoza and the area it is in is very pleasant and we felt very safe. We really enjoyed our stay and if we go back we will definitely be staying here again!

Pros: It is a clean, quite comfortable hotel with quite spacious rooms on the edge of the historic centre of the city. For the purpose of visiting this central area it seems to be well priced.

Pros: We liked it. The hotel's in the corner of the huge and busy Plaza del Pilar, so it's central to the sights and cafes and restaurants. We had no problem with traffic and street noise.

Pros: The front of the hotel looks like a hostel but the rooms are comfortable and quiet. It is very well situated within walking distance of the centre of Zaragoza.

Pros: Staff were friendly, no complicated procedures. All brand new rooms never used before. Very central, only a 5 min walk to the city centre. Big lcd tv in every room with basic freeview channels, which was great. Beautiful Bathroom.
