Pros (+) Breakfast wasn't graciously offered each morning. We had to ask for it.
Cons (-) Communication when we got there letting us know beds wouldn't be made each day. We understand COVID restricts touching of certain items but it would have been nice to have this explained so we weren't wondering & unaware.

Their company had not arranged payment which was a surprise to them. So she had to keep going to the back office where her mgr was to get it straightened out.
