Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel’s breakfast options, variety, and value, as well as the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. However, many guests complain about the lack of elevators, which makes accessing higher floors difficult, especially for older guests. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some positive mentions but also several complaints about odors and pests. Room size and ventilation are also noted as negatives in a few reviews. Overall, the hotel stands out for its breakfast and service, but accessibility and some room conditions could be improved.
