The staff was nice and helpful! They were able to accommodate our needs and requests. I did notice some mold growing in the shower on some of the caulk and some water trickles out while the shower is running onto the floor in room 112.

Pros (+) Great fit for dog owners.
Cons (-) Cleaning of bathroom was not acceptable and had no towels available on our arrival that evening. Only had three in the room with reservations for four people . Finally received towel @ 10am after reminding front desk we still needed additional towel. Not sure why they ran out of clean towels when clearly they were not anywhere near full capacity.
Pros (+) Close to places to eat and shop as well as Historic Williamsburg, with an easy drive to Norfolk.
Cons (-) People smoking right in front of the exit/entrance. Dogs were allowed and occassionally were noisy.
Pros (+) Very friendly staff, close to hwy and local attractions, Strong shower head and nice water pressure Clean parking lot and facilities,

Pros (+) This hotel has recently been renovated and it's lovely. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was close to everything we needed for dining and visiting Busch Gardens.
Cons (-) The water for the shower was only warm, not hot, both days. I'm sure everyone was showering about the same time but is to be expected in a hotel. That is the only thing we weren't entirely happy with.
Pros (+) The best part of this La Quinta is the location. A drive of only a few minutes to Colonial Williamsburg.
Cons (-) Our bathroom had no towel bar. I can't say I've ever stayed in a hotel with no way of hanging a damp towel. Not even a towel bar inside the shower, and no hook on the door. Therefore the only choice we really had was to use new clean dry towels the following night. The breakfast was sufficient, but very carb heavy.
