Pros (+) Most of the staff were friendly , with a few exceptions. Read that in suggestion portion.
Cons (-) The room was very dark. With a hole in the wall the size of a softball. The toilet continuously ran and was so loud my daughter and I had to just say it was hunted just to make light of it. Pros (+) Location was fantastic, I never drove anywhere. The continental breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. Beds were very comfortable.
Cons (-) The room could’ve been a bit cleaner, but also could’ve been worse. Some items needed repair, the corner of our nightstand was broken off as well as a mirror. Room was fairly small. Conflicting information as far as hours for things, when I booked the hotel the website said 3pm check in, but desk said 4 once we got there, and the information sheet said pool hours were until 9 pm, but the signs sai...

Cons (-) AC wasn't working in room, had to change rooms. Bathroom was REALLY small/tight Bed wasn't great, wasn't horrible either
Pros (+) Love the ocean and pool access. Clean rooms/bathrooms, parking convenience, continental breakfast was good!
