Pros (+) Superb location. Concierge helped us get tickets to see sold out Bruegel expo. Everything about this hotel is 5 stars
Pros (+) Rooms are fairly large for European standards and the location is great. The bed is fairly good and the bathroom game is strong.
Cons (-) Found the overall staff service to be lacking. Concierge typically jumps at opportunity to provide service/advice but not here. For the most part, the hotel bars and restaurants are over-hyped and completely over-priced with much better alternatives just a few steps away (both quality and price).
