Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect -- walking distance to both Beacon Hill Park (which your staff recommended, and we loved) and the waterfront and everything we wanted to see in the city. We enjoyed the spacious, clean accommodations. I really liked the oscillating fans, which were quiet and efficient. We appreciated the opportunity to enjoy the delicious chocolate toff...
Cons (-) Not the most comfortable bed - the mattress was a bit too hard, and the pillows way too over-stuffed.

Pros (+) Our room should have included a washer and dryer but it was out for service. The hotel did our laundry for free with a quick turn around. This hotel is in a fantastic location, we highly recommend it.

Pros (+) They did our laundry free of charge when our dryer wouldn't work. Very nice and folded it to ;)

Pros (+) I loved this hotel- it felt so luxurious with out the price tag. We had deluxe suite and we will definitely return.. It was close to the harbour and we could walk everywhere. The soaker tub was very relaxing, nice little touches like washer dryer and ipad doc made it even better We enjoyed it all very immensely
Cons (-) fireplace didn't work in either room and the hot tub jets were not very strong
