Cons (-) Only complaint I have is there were no towels in the room and I had to phone for them which was a bit disappointing as I'd driven from San Francisco and just wanted a shower and go to bed. They did however bring them promptly.
Pros (+) The location was amazing. There is a walking overpass that takes you right to Ventura pier. Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clea, and it was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept on. My kids loved the pool. Don't let the outside fool you, it's very clean!
