Pros (+) Easy to get to. Hotel located right at the end of the bus/taxi stop. Taxi stand right outside front door. No need to drag or pay porter taxi to haul your bags to hotel, Located next to Grand Cannel and water bus stop.
Cons (-) Wi-Fi was hard to log into. Never got email to confirm log-in. Single pane windows allowed a lot of noise from boats in both Grand Cannel and smaller side cannel. High traffic area as everyone taking a bus or taxi from the mainland was getting off and either walking or taking one of the water busses.

Pros (+) The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near the bus and train station as well as a vaparetto stop.
Cons (-) After we checked in we were taken to a seperate building. Far removed from the actual hotel. The alternate building had no facilities and the free wifi rarely worked. I had to walk back to the actual hotel in order to use the wifi. The bed could not have been more uncomfortable. The entire set up felt very unsafe.
