Hated the tiny cots they call beds. The thin mattress slides off the springs so you are sliding off the sides of the bed at night. I have better camping cots than these beds. Bathroom is also a weird pod placed in the room. Looks like something from a RV or small cruise ship.
We have stayed here many times. Loved the new wing.
The staff was really unwilling to help. They did not give any options to solve the most minimum issue. Usually I stay in All hotels but this was a major disappointment.
Pros (+) very convenient location for airport. huge place with food options- it's like a little village
Cons (-) day 1 went well, day 2 was awful. I returned to the hotel late afternoon and the elevators didn't work. The staff told me it would be a few minutes. 40 mins later I saw a man being escorted to his room on the "emergency stairs" I was escorted later up as well. Cons (-) A strange thing happens every morning. All “do not disturb” signs are taken off from the door latches after 8am-ish by housekeepers. This was my second stay and the same thing happened again. It is not a coincidence. This is modus operandi The housekeeping lady would barge in without knocking. Then appear surprised. Pros (+) It was nice waking up in the morning and walking to the airport in two min.
Cons (-) The food could have been better but I got in on the buffet just before it closed.
Pros (+) Very easy to get to, very fast check in even with a long line, and exactly right for a quick stay, bathroom small but functional and bed comfy and quiet
