Pros (+) The Spadina 11 Guesthouse is good value for Money in a great Location in Toronto. I would describe the place as a hostel or Student accommodation. It has a shared kitchen for guests.
Cons (-) I booked my stay over Kayak for $70 per night but was actually charged $90 per night as listed on the Guesthouse Website. At $90 it was still a good value and I didn´t feel like arguing as I had the Impression that English was not the Reception´s first language and he just gave the bill that the Management sent.
