Pros (+) Super comfortable beds; clean rooms
Pros (+) Great facilities and staff were very attentive. Rooms are modern and recreation facilities are top notch.
Pros (+) The bar/Restaurant staff was more pleasant. Service was good there.
Cons (-) Reception Staff seem to be bothered by answering questions or providing services. I felt that I was their work routine by simply check in and out. And when my daughter went to ask for snack food, that was not well received either. No eye contact, not bothered to answer with a smile. Seen better service at a 2 star hotel
