Pros (+) Close to the airport.
Cons (-) Under-staffed. Only allows one return trip on the airport shuttle. Additional trips cost $15, which is $5 more than a cab.
Pros (+) Rooms were roomy and clean!
Cons (-) There was no available parking for hotel guests! Basically they sell out for park n fly/ and leave the guest to figure it out for themselves. Everyone was getting parking tickets, they sell rooms however are not able to supply any parking. We will not go back!
Pros (+) The room was clean
Cons (-) They charged for every little thing. We were afraid to check out because we kept hearing other customers yelling at the staff for false charges on their bill. We even declined room cleaning because we thought they may charge. We had 2 towels and they charged us for a third towel.

Pros (+) Glad for breakfast. Appreciated having a refrigerator in the room.
Cons (-) Wished for more healthy options at breakfast - whole grains, more fruit options.
Pros (+) I had a layover in Toronto for a day and picked this hotel for its price and location. The service was good. The room was comfortable and very clean!
Cons (-) The elevators are a bit old, but other than that, the hotel is decent!
Pros (+) Great breakfast, staff not particularly friendly but adequate and helpful, good gym that no one uses, lots of free parking, comfortable beds, spacious rooms.
Cons (-) No hooks in the bathroom and the water in the tub doesn't drain. Make sure you check these things prior to accepting your room.
