Pros (+) It was the cheapest hotel we could book online near Toronto, but that being said they actually charge up to $100+ per night if you book in person, so do not go expecting it to be cheap.
Cons (-) Smell of smoke and pee in room, prostitutes in the lobby and outside, manager knows them and calls them by name, underwear, mattresses and other garbage in the parking lot, office employee demands deposit and threatens to charge $150 for damage/smoking unless you pay with credit card (we had no problem avoiding the fee, but being welcomed that way is not welcoming), employee said they have no room...
