Pros (+) Beautiful spot, rooms and dining areas. Lovely views and feeling of the old world.
Cons (-) Recently dropped from 4 star to a 3. We were welcomed warmly but when we didn't want to partake in the expensive tourist services (mainly guides bring you to friends shops and over priced restaurants under the pretext of being helpful, inflated taxies etc) we were treated a little rudely. Service seems to have declined with the decreasing stars. Shame, such a beautiful building and nice spa.
