Pros (+) Rooms were clean but facilities are in a state of disrepair. Felt like they're doing the bare minimum to keep the hotel running.
Cons (-) Not much. Sorta close to Tumon Bay I guess. There's a spa on the first floor that is popular for folks arriving late at night who dont want to spend the money on a room. $15 per person to sleep in the sauna

Cons (-) The place needs a overhaul. The carpets on the floors were old and smelled mildew. It would be better if they just ripped them up than to have them on the deck. The light switch in the bathroom would work some of the times. The WiFi in the rooms worked hit and miss. The bar in the lobby area never opened. The whole week I stayed I never saw the bar open.
