Pros (+) Front desk staff were fine
Cons (-) Room smelled like mold. Base board under desk had peeled away and a hole was obvious so i was concerned about rodents. I would not stay there again and would pay twice what i paid for a decent hotel. There was this strange duck at the front office air conditioning unit pooping on the sidewalk

Cons (-) There was an excessive amount of what looked like dog hair on the bathroom floor. Kind of nauseating!!!!

Pros (+) Across the street from the fairgrounds, just off I4 and a Winghouse restaurant right next door.
Cons (-) No pool and the vending machines are all the way back at the office.
