Pros (+) the location was convenient
Cons (-) This property needs a complete overhaul. We had a 2 bedroom. The K bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The 2 dbl were fine. The sleeper sofa was dirty and thin. We left the very next morning for somewhere else.

Pros (+) We had a room with a loft. The room was clean with a beautiful view of the pond and wildlife. The cleaning staff were very accommodating and friendly. Olga made certain that breakfast items were replenished quickly and was wonderful to talk with. She deserves 5 stars for being so helpful and cordial!

Cons (-) Horrible experience, room flooded 1st night. Negative and unprofessional response from manager/ front desk. Front desk clerk complained about management not caring about facility or clients. Highly disappointed!!!

Cons (-) We found bedbugs shortly after checking in. We went to the front desk and asked for a refund. We were assured that we would not be charged and since the hotel staff claimed she could not print a refund receipt because she had cleared us from the system, we settled for a hand written note saying we would not be charged. I am still trying to get a refund for the charge on my credit card...
