Cons (-) We had to request that our bed sheets be changed as they were yellow and looked used . There was a dead roach by the elevator door for two days before they removed it

Cons (-) A/C in our room was broke, super hot. The outlets over the TV didn't work and those where the only ones in the room. Dirty vents in the bathroom that you could see the lent. The place needs a deep spring cleaning. Might say Sheraton but it's a holiday inn. Staff did refund us the money for our stay so that was great customer service, then I got $88 charge that I have to call about and see what tha...
