Pros:We got in late and tired and Sasha from front desk greeted us with great energy and her service was top notch. She was very understanding and helpful with our needs. Quick check in and quick check out, it was smooth and easy.
Cons:The only thing I can think of is the super thin toilet papers.....wished it was a tad better quality ;)

Pros:Excellent service from the valet, front desk staff, and even an engineer who had to come set up our television for us. The nicest hotel in Tacoma, and not a bad walk home from the Tacoma Dome after Lucky. Would stay there again for any events in Tacoma.

Pros:Modern decor, great pricing on rooms. Probably the best hotel in Tacoma.
Cons:Walls are thin so you can hear everything going on in the hallways. Trains are loud in the middle of the night. The chair in our room was pretty damaged looking. The faux leather was peeling off the back of the seat. It definitely needed to be replaced.

Cons:I'd really prefer not to pay for parking, but it wasn't a horribly high rate either.

Cons:Personal in restaurant could have been a bit more attentive. Waited a long time for second cup of coffee. Busy talking with each other. Not many people in restaurant so they had time to check on us.

Cons:Thought we were getting a King but was two double beds. And the doubles were the same price as King. You would think for the price you pay it would at least have been two Queens. If we had not prepaid we would have gone to Best Western down the road. At least you would get King or Queen there. The faucet handle was sticky so must not have been cleaned properly and light bulb in lamp was burned out.

Pros:Cleanliness of hotel, and the room service food was good, until it upset my stomach, then I did not like it so munch.
Cons:Cheap amenities. I have stayed at lesser hotels that had better beds, pillows, coffee makers, bathrooms and TVs. This hotel is far too overpriced. I think I paid for all the art work instead of a quality room. I don't mind paying $300 for a room, but it should include good quality bedding at the least. I will not stay at this hotel in the future.
