Pros (+) its right downtown so you have tons of restaurants, access to public transportation and even a free shuttle to the opera house
Cons (-) its upstairs a bar, it's very loud, people walk in all night long, smells like alcohol. Hard to find at the beginning, the entrance is shared with the bar
