Pros (+) The staff was EXCELLENT! Every person I interacted with at the desk was professional, friendly, and helpful.
Cons (-) I think the lounge is over another restaurant and the aromas from that restaurant were a bit strong. But that was MINOR compared to the location, staff, cleanliness and interesting architecture of the bldg.
