Cons (-) I didn't like the fact that I may habe left something in my room and I contacted them 2 days ago and not a word from them.
Pros (+) Beds were comfortable and good location.
Cons (-) Very outdated, including minor mold in the grout in the shower. Management is not great. They supposedly have a 24 hour grab-and-go snack area, but the food manager decided to "close it early" because of low traffic. Pros (+) Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Great location. Nice lobby. Bed was comfy.
Cons (-) We've stayed here before with good success. This time, not so much. There was a leak in the room next door, so they were working on vacuuming the water. Our air conditioner didn't work.
