Pros (+) Moldy bathtub. Black residue in bathtub. Overwhelming musty smell. Note with room key warms of frequent vehicle break ins.
Cons (-) Ugly and depressing facility. Black Mold growing on bathroom fixtures. 1st floor curtains not close. Sunday night stay felt unsafe.
