The location of the hotel is great. Near to the major subway station, prominent department store, variety of restaurants, etc. Service: The front office staff service is mediocre. I am a gold eilite member but was not offered points or room upgrade at check in. Nothing was explained except asking for credit card and ID card. Room preference was never asked. Late check-out option was not offered. Breakfast option is available at a discounted price but only if asked for. Guests were cutting in lines. No staff on call at the bell desk. Never asked if I needed to register for parking. Room: The bed was sagging. Poor amenities. Ineffienct lighting. Room size is relatively spacious. A connecting room was given, WTF! Dinning @ MoMo Cafe: Terrible staff service! Staff walking around like Zombies; no greeting at the table, coffee is self service, service staff had such bad looks in their faces, slow removing finished dishes, blocking passage ways, moving chairs and cleaning tables aggresivley. What is worse is the food quality and variety. I paid about $130 USD for two persons only to recieve poorly cooked eggs at the grill station, had to wait over an hour to have one of the dishes replenished (i.e., Jaeyook Bulgogi, a.k.a., spice pork barbecue), since my arrival at 8 am until 10 pm, Kimchi soup was never replenished, bread variety is limited, staff was pouring concentrated juice(s) in the dispenser (do you have to make it that obvious that the juices are from concentrate?), Beef bulgogi had a distinct smell ( I had to spit it out), there are tons of other complaints about the quliaty and variety of the food, but I will stop here. So, I made all these complaints to the lady manager of the cafe, but of course, I get a short giggle from her and was told to leave the complaints with the front office, which means nobody cares. Instead, I am leaving my comments on Kayak for every traveler to understand that $65 for a breakfast at MoMo cafe is not worth it.
