Pros:Only positive thing was the location. Do not recommend! Look for other lodging in the area. Do not get the amenities that you pay for as advertised. Online photos are misleading because every room is different and there are some terrible rooms.
Cons:Terrible room. Draft from windows, dirty floor with stains on rug, terrible view of the parking lot. Difficult stairs to climb. Coffeemaker not compatible with the coffee pods left in the tray. Parking lot small and very difficult to get in and out of. Fireplace had candle stick holders without any candles and looked odd. No bath tub in room, just a shower with open design. Paid resort fee for WiFi that never worked and for breakfast that was not offered due to COVID. Lobby had old rotting fruit and day old newspaper. As a native to SFe with deep ties to the city, I know there are far better hotels and bed and breakfast Inns close to the area that are FAR better for the money. I will never stay here again and I would advise anyone to consider the most recent reviews as the quality of the Inn has dropped drastically.
Pros:I liked the Sante Fe style of the rooms and our courtyard with fountain. Breakfast was also pleasant each morning.
Cons:I didn't like the fact that my smallest room on the property was the same price as my friend's suite, which could have housed both of us for 1/2 the price had we known.
Pros:location, staff were friendly.
Cons:there was no real closet to hang clothes in. The space was only 12 inches aprox as there was large square part of the wall taking up all the space. Also they had said there was a fireplace in every room, ours did not have one and we were told there was "a burning ban, anyway"
Pros:Easy walking to most attractions. Good parking and easy highway access. Friendly and competent staff. Excellent included breakfast (fresh fruit, eggs to order, & great granola). Unique and area-appropriate room décor and atmosphere. Would stay here again.
Cons:Bed was too high.
