The service was great, the room was clean and sanitized. The room was clean & spacious!
Pros (+) Fantastic breakfast wonderful snacks and drinks in the evening. Enjoyed the free parking, thanks for allowing a service dog.
Cons (-) Dirty dirty dirty patios. Warren stained and dirty carpets in our room , common area and elevator dirty.

Cons (-) - AC didn't work - was given a queen instead of king room - was charged the wrong rate (booking.com rate was $200/nt, theirs was $290) - front desk didn't care that the AC didn't work or that I was given the wrong room, instead told me to book through their site and not booking.com, had to spend 15m getting them to agree on the originally booked price

Cons (-) hotel is looking a bit dumpy in terms of cleanliness carpets were dirty and very worn overall interior was dark and needs freshening up first time i've stayed in the hotel where i've had to call housekeeping for cleaning/service
