Cons (-) The room was filthy, I was overcharged. When I told kayak they overcharged me they refused to correct the issue. I lost my money and slept in my car thanks kayak. I'll never use your app or anything affiliated with your company. Filing a complaint with bbb

Cons (-) Staff was nice but unprofessional, I shared a room with 5 homeless men. Upon arrival, room had foul stench and there was no mattress on the bed, simply a foam mattress topper, no more than 2 inches thick. Pillow was comparable to a bag with a newspaper stuffed into it. Overall not an ideal place, very loud and filthy. White bed frames were full of dirt and questionable stains. Bathrooms were small...
