Our only complaint was the sagging bed. There was lots of room and a fully equipped kitchen. But it is a hotel, and a good bed is pretty pivotal for a hotel room.

Cons (-) Only complaint is the water heater was a bit bipolar. I've stayed here before, but in the other building, and didn't have that issue.
