Cons (-) Staff could have been a little nicer. Our family came from all over to bury our grandmother the next day. It was packed and not enough help.
Pros (+) The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The bed and room were comfortable and kept clean. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful.
Cons (-) The shower pressure and tub could have been better. The most important thing was that the Wi-Fi connectivity was extremely low and I could not use it for most of my stay. One elevator was broken and it took a very, very long time to use the elevator at all. One day, both elevators were broken and we had to use the staff elevator, but at least that was faster.
Pros (+) The staff especially at breakfast were great.
Cons (-) It isn't San Diego... Be prepared to drive. It is an old hotel that was renovated. They are keeping it clean.
