Cons (-) didn't like the fact that we were on the same floor as a very loud bridal party. We should have been informed the purpose of our trip was to relax

Cons (-) When I called to ask a simple question about the parking. A snobby person answered and it sounded like they were forced to talk to me. He wasn't genuinely friendly and didn't make me feel comfortable to stay at your hotel. You Need to improve on bettering your customer service.

Pros (+) Very convenient to the Gaslamp Quarter and walking distance to the Convention Center, Navy Pier and the Coronado ferry. Beautiful building and nice updated rooms.
