Pros (+) Our rooms was very clean but wound up having a leaking water issue a few days into our stay. The staff handled it very quickly and were helpful in getting us a new room within minutes. Every employee was polite and kind. We had a comfortable, clean room and a nice trip because of it.
Cons (-) We had no issues with the hotel or staff over our 10 night stay.

Pros (+) Awesome staff nice and friendly with a side of courteousness willing to help as much as possible to bad I can't say the same for the cleaning crew
Cons (-) I found 2 roaches in my room and a rip in my bed sheets as well as other people's hair in my bathroom
