Cons (-) The beds are horrible! Shame on you Hilton. I get that running a full service hotel downtown may be expensive but don’t cut on mattress quality.

Pros (+) Loved the view and the costumer service! Had a great time! The rooms were clean and quiet!
Pros (+) Love the location and the facility. It was very clean and very comfortable and we had a blast. It's near every type of food you can think of!
Cons (-) Parking is terrible. Traffic does not allow you to easily park and you have to park on the 7th floor or above. That costs $29 a day! If you want Valet, it's $42 a day. Absolute headache.
Pros (+) We stayed river side and enjoyed the balcony view and relaxation. All employees were extremely kind and considerate! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
