Cons (-) Made an online reservation after midnight and needed room that night. When i saw check in time for 4pm attempted immediately to change or cancel reservation. Hotel refused and I was charged for a room I could not use.

Pros (+) The staff was amazingly welcoming, the woman who checked us in went out of her way to show us to our room, and around the hotel. The pool was beautiful, as was the courtyard. We stayed in the garden suite for our 2 night stay. We even had two chairs outside our room so we could enjoy the beautiful evening weather. Overall we liked that the hotel was so close to everything but it still seemed quiet...
Cons (-) Our main problem with the room was the bathroom. I've dealt small bathrooms before, but this one was just poorly designed. The toilet was offset at an angle so that it was facing the sink. When you are seated on it you have no choice but to rest your arm inside the sink, or try to wedge it underneath.
